This style includes patches for the following Syracuse teams:

FanJeans (Jeans) - Each item will contain approximately a total of 20-25 sewn on patches on front and back of your jeans

 

FanJeans (Jacket) - Each item will contain approximately total of 12-15 sewn on patches on the front and back of your jacket

 

FanJeans (Shorts) - Each item will contain approximately 10-15 sewn on patches on the front and back of your shorts

• No Returns:

  Due to the personalized nature of our products, FanJeans does not accept returns. We encourage customers to double-check their orders before completing the purchase to ensure accuracy in design, size, and other customization details.

• Quality Assurance:

  a. We strive to provide high-quality products that meet or exceed your expectations.

  b. In the rare event that you receive a defective or damaged product. We will take all reasonable steps to ensure your complete satisfaction with your FanJeans purchase. Please contact our customer support within 14 days of receiving the item. 

• Defective or Damaged Products:

  a. If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact our customer support team at fansupport@fanjeans.com or call 978-731-1995 with your order number and clear images of the defect or damage.

  b. We will assess the issue and, if deemed valid, provide instructions for returning the defective or damaged item.

• Refund Exceptions:

  a. FanJeans does not provide refunds for personalized and customized products except in the case of a manufacturing defect or damage during transit.

  b. Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected by our quality control team.

• Cancelation Policy:

  a. Orders cannot be canceled or modified once the customization process has started.
